CRM Solution Engineer Bank (SQL)

Project:
to support the CRM application owners, we are looking for
our customers a Solution Engineer with bankfachlichem know how,
which drives the operation and further development. This
offers the following responsibilities:
- maintain and develop existing CRM application
- Analysis and implementation of new structures and support
user in the back office
- 3rd level support in the light of incident and problem
management processes
- technical and business analysis, design and implementation of new banking requirements
in cooperation with the Business,
suppliers, change and release management
- Self-involvement in projects
- Interface between bankers, IT centers and suppliers

Required Skills:
bring the following skills and experience with:
- Good bank-specific knowledge (an advantage in would take Reliable personality, responsibility
- CRM)
- Very good knowledge of SQL
- Basic knowledge Oracle and PL / SQL
- Experience in project management
- Analytical thinking, structured approach, communication skills
and high operational readiness and resilience
- German and English spoken and written
