Bank CRM project

Project:
In September 2010, the first release of a new CRM application
recorded. Existing issues and new features have prioritized the
various stakeholders, implemented, tested and
be introduced. For management and Control of these tasks, we are looking for a project manager in the project
CRM. In this role you assume
led by IT and business stream for the development.

Required Skills:
bring the following skills and experience with:
- Think Strong structured and plan work packages for the
different Stakehoders (- 8 to 10 years PM experience in the banking environment (CRM know-how of
advantage)
Front, Compliance, Master Data,
customer documentation, Markets, EAM, BCS, etc.)
- Cost-conscious and focused
- strong personality that can take unpopular decisions and enforce

- Moderation and Presentation Skills
- Team-Performance Motivator
- Fluent English
